How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Cookies

Email Opt-Out

We use MailChimp to collect email addresses from the user subscribing to our newsletter. You can opt-out of receiving our marketing emails. To stop receiving our promotional emails, please email admin@unvoicedmedia.in or you can click on the unsubscribe in the promotional mail. It may take about ten days to process your request. Even if you opt-out of getting marketing messages, we will still be sending you transactional or any important messages through email or SMS about your registration/joining for an event/contest.

Security

We work hard to protect user’s personal information from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access or disclosure. Given the nature of communications and information processing technology, we cannot guarantee that Information, during transmission through the internet or while stored on your systems or otherwise in your care, will be safe from intrusion by others.

Third-party sites

If you click on one of the links to third-party websites, you may be taken to websites we do not control. This policy does not apply to the privacy practices of those websites. Read the privacy policy of other websites carefully. We are not responsible for these third-party sites.

Log Files

Unvoiced Media and Entertainment follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services’ analytics. The information collected by log files includes internet protocol (IP)  addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users’ movement on the website, and gathering demographic information.
