Here is the refund policy for the events/contest listed on the Unvoiced Media and Entertainment Pvt Ltd’s website unvoicedmedia.in for which participation/joining/registration fee is required. This policy applies to both types of events that are organized online as well as offline(physically at a particular venue).

Event Cancellation by Unvoiced Media and Entertainment Pvt Ltd

Unvoiced Media and Entertainment reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment, inclement weather or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. If Unvoiced Media and Entertainment Pvt Ltd cancels an event, registrants will be offered a full refund. Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, registrants will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date.

Registration Cancellation by Participants

Unless specifically stated on registration materials, the deadline to receive a refund for an individual event is 5 days before the event.

Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund. Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to attend an event.

If you register for an event as an audience and unable to attend the event then you can transfer your spot to a friend but you need to inform this to event manager/organizer.

These policies apply to all Unvoiced Media and Entertainment Pvt Ltd events unless otherwise noted in the corresponding event materials. Please read all individual event information thoroughly.
